Wonderful Stay in York!

We loved our studio apartment. the kitchenette had everything we needed for a cozy meal. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Pro tip, try the local cafe around the corner for a fantastic breakfast!

The aparthotel feels like a home away from home, with a spacious one-bedroom apartment that was perfect for my stay with dad. Everything was convenient, especially the well-stocked co-op supermarket nearby for quick snacks after exploring the lovely city.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more space in the shower for our own toiletries would have been appreciated.

I can't express how convenient it was having a supermarket just next door as we needed supplies for a small get-together. the beds were unreal, I've never slept better in a hotel, seriously consider gettin' one of those mattresses at home.

Air conditioning control is perplexing!!! The inability to open windows makes the room stuffy during hot weather. Try improving the clarity of room descriptions and addressing minor cleanliness issues upon arrival!!!

we had a great stay at staycity! our room was lovely and clean, and the location is super close to the city center. the reception team was quick with check-in and check-out. one highlight was the on-site gym with a range of cardio and weight training equipment. definitely a plus for fitness enthusiasts!

I found the air conditioning challenging to operate since there were no clear instructions. The fridge next to the bed made it hard to sleep. the noise became quite bothersome. the location was a bit far from the nearest shop, which might be inconvenient if you need supplies quickly. A co-op supermarket is opening next door soon, so that should help.
